We first approached JBP Solutions at the start of 2022 to discuss the needs within our business and our aspirations to fulfil 2 senior management positions within our business. James took the time to learn about our business and understand the values, goals & culture of our business to ensure he could find the right candidate. JBP presented us with a shortlist of candidates for the positions after spending the time vetting a number of candidates that they had on their books and also reached out to a wider range of Candidates to find us the best fit for our business.
