Of course! All our team are fully trained in analysing the market for methods of efficient recruitment. We understand that sometimes time is an issue. For us to deliver you the right candidates to interview this process is a must. We can either meet you face to face or complete this over the phone. Once this is completed a copy will be sent to you for approval then we can get started.

We will send you a contract with the agreed terms and once the paperwork is out of the way we either complete a job spec or you provide us with one. Then we get started in sourcing candidates from the various job boards we belong to. We then shortlist candidates and interview them for you first and complete our checks.
Once that has been completed, we will send the formatted CVs ready for your review. When that has been finished we book interviews for you either by Zoom or face-to-face.
