Co-Founder at JBP Solutions focusing on the global construction market. I help leaders in the industry to grow their teams, brands, networks, and careers through unique, recruitment solutions. With 10 years in recruitment there isn’t much I haven’t seen or experienced which has provided me with the skills and experience to provide world-class service to both candidates and clients as well as leading teams. ​As co–founder of JBP Solutions, I am responsible for steering the business and leading a dedicated team of recruiters across multiple frameworks within our sectors. My mission is to establish great working relationships with clients and candidates across our sectors so we can help them overcome their recruitment challenges and add value to their organisations. ​Having a passion for changing people’s lives is what drives me every day here at JBP Solutions. The idea of providing people with new opportunities is an incredibly exciting prospect, particularly in a market, which is continuously growing and exceeding expectations. I have developed a strong understanding of the construction markets, and I’m always looking to extend this knowledge.
